• Saving a personal backup copy

If you experience difficulty receiving or opening a digital file, contact support@lonestarfaithdesigns.net within seven days of purchase.

Purchase of a digital product grants the original purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use only.

Unless a product listing expressly provides a different license, you may not:

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

Physical-product processing and estimated shipping information will be displayed in the product description or during checkout when applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting correct names, spelling, colors, sizes, wording, and other personalization details.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Purchases are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Digital-product sales are final after delivery because access begins automatically. Physical-product eligibility varies by product type and condition.
